Monitor your field workers’ activity in real time
With the “activities” concept, the dispatcher can monitor what workers in the field are doing in real time with the “available”, “en route” or “dealing with a work order” statuses, for example. The dispatcher also has an overview of all their teams, which allows them to respond quickly in the event of an emergency.
Afterwards, the activity report provides them with important information, such as the time a worker really spent dealing with a work order (compared with the allocated time) as well as the time a worker spends working per day, week or month.
The activity configuration process is very flexible indeed. For example, it allows you to:
– Create workflows in the activities sequence.
– Determine whether or not the allocated time has been “worked” or not.
– Localize a change in activity.
Activities are also triggers for sending alerts to end customers based on work order progress.
